Happy New Year and Happy 2024 Supermoms! If I’m being honest, I am an absolute calendar and planner nerd! I LOVE them! And I still like to have a paper calendar handy, ESPECIALLY one that shows me the entire year in a one-page calendar. Sometimes when I’m planning trips and vacations, goals, school schedules, and business plans, I need to be able to quickly look at the year on one page, at a glance, to see when and where some days of the year fall. I found myself constantly looking a calender up and I thought – why not just make one to have all the time, and so I did. And then I thought – there are more moms like me that need this – and they would like to have this calendar, too! So I am sharing it with you!

There are lots of other planning details below, but I wanted to save time for you! Here are the quick links to download the annual calendars and calendar template! They are PDF files (Adobe PDF Format) and should just download right to your computer. I’m not going to make you sign up for an email newsletter in order to get the free printable calendars. Though, I will say, we do release new planning tools nearly every week and they go exclusively to our email list. You can print a landscape orientation or a portrait orientation for these calendars, all the options are included in the one file you download. Everyone has their own personal preferences! I tend to go back and forth on what I need, sometimes it’s the wider landscape style printout, and some days it’s the straightforward portrait view.

Why You Need a Year-At-A-Glance Calendar
Time Management
One of the most significant benefits of utilizing a yearly calendar is improved time management. With the entire year laid out, you can easily plan long-term projects, vacations, lesson plans, academic calendars, and other important events, ensuring you never overbook or miss a beat. I use it to block out the school breaks for my kids so I know when we should or should not be planning things! I also use it a TON in my Supermom Shuffle business for content planning purposes. It’s just the best way to see the year more clearly at one time for me! And probably you too!
Goal Setting
Setting goals is a breeze when you have a clear view of the year ahead. This calendar provides the perfect template for mapping out your objectives and tracking your progress towards achieving them. Having a whole year in front of you at one glance is a powerful tool that can help you to break your goals into manageable chunks and help you avoid any overwhelm. I think this is great for both professional development and personal development goal-setting.
Convenience
The convenience of having a year-at-a-glance calendar cannot be overstated. On a single page, it gives you a bird’s-eye view of your commitments for all of the months of the year and helps in making informed decisions about your time and resources, while looking at specific dates. Plus it’s just one page to keep up with – and I’m always a fan of fewer things to keep up with!
Features of the 2024 Calendar
Design Options
In addition to two layouts for your at a glance planners, there are also two versions of this calendar for you to choose from in this digital file. One version has weeks that start on Sundays and one version has weeks that start on Mondays. Some people like it one way, some like it another way, and usually never between the two shall meet. So, I’ve got both preferences covered! The designs in this pdf calendar are pretty minimalistic design, so you can focus on the information you need quickly and easily.
There is also a notes page for all of 2024 for monthly goals and reminders for each month. And, I’ve included a blank 2024 notes page as well that’s great for keeping up with birthdays and important dates. These note pages are a good place to put extra information that you need to keep in the top of your mind the entire year through.
Important Dates
I’ve not included any holiday dates on the calendar, US Holidays, federal holidays, or otherwise. It’s simply not big enough to include on a year-at-a-glance calendar. But here’s a link to all the holidays for 2024.

Goal Planning
Use the calendar to set clear, attainable goals for the year. Writing down your goals can significantly increase your chances of achieving them. Put a date with a goal. Things that get measured tend to get done. Give it a name and a deadline! I get all kinds of motivated and excited when I can look at a full year at a time.
Monthly Highlights
With the monthly planning page, you can highlight important dates or events each month. This visual cue will ensure they remain at the forefront of your planning.
Reflection
Make sure you can set aside time at the end of each month to reflect on what you’ve accomplished and adjust your plans for the coming months accordingly.
Printing Tips
Paper Choice
We recommend printing your calendar on high-quality paper for durability, especially if you plan to use it throughout the year. Heavy cardstock might be a good choice here! I like to use the best paper so that it holds up being in my planner for the entire year. I’ve designed this calendar to print on US Letter paper, which is size 8.5 inches by 11 inches. I just use regular old Hammermill printer paper and cardstock almost all the time.
Printing Settings
For the best print quality, make sure your print settings are on high resolution and that you’re printing in color. I’ve only included just a little pop of color on these printable calendars, so minimize how much ink would need to be used. These are a portrait orientation, so they will fit right into binders and planners!
Binding Options
Consider binding your calendar or placing it in a frame. This not only adds a touch of professionalism but also makes it more durable.
Finishing Options
After I print my calendar on my color printer, I like to laminate it so I have it clean and tidy for the year, and away from spills and sticky stuff. I have one for my wall in my office near my desk, and I keep one on the fridge door. I like the nice clean layout and I can quickly look up any date I need to keep in mind.

Easily transform the printable into a wall calendar. This is perfect for families, classrooms, or offices where a quick year-at-a-glance reference is beneficial. I keep a glance page on the wall in my office area so that I never have to look for my calendar.
