About Me

Hi there! I’m Sarah and this is my blog, Supermom Shuffle!

I’m a mommy, wife, sister, daughter and friend. I drive a mini-van. I don’t eat nearly enough vegetables and I do eat way too many cookies. A mocha from Starbucks can make my day. I’m a recovering procrastinator, an online shopping enthusiast and organizing is my favorite hobby.

My whole life, I’ve wanted to be a wife and a mommy. And as it turns out, mommy-ing is my very favorite thing. My little blonde-haired, blue-eyed boys are 5 and 3 and this house full of men is everything to me. They are the very best part of me and I adore our life together. And while I love my guys, it should also be said that my beloved husband and sons are walking human tornadoes. I stand in constant awe of the path of chaos and clutter they leave in their wake.

If I don’t keep everything in order at our house, in a few short days we could be the next candidates nominated to be on the tv show “Hoarders.” I could seriously spend half my life looking for missing socks and shoes (I’m looking at you, Baby Boy #2) and my car keys and wallet. When I say “my” car keys and wallet, I actually mean my dear husband’s car keys and wallet; I was just changing the names to protect the not-so-innocent but very handsome man-tornado that I married. Lucky for all of us, planning and organizing is my happy place in the world. My fellas provide a LOT of opportunities for me to practice!

Daily life can be chaotic and spiral out of control quickly if you don’t have a daily routine and solid plan in place to help you shuffle through the chaos. And let me tell you, finding the order and organization is something I struggled with for SO long. I still do sometimes! And I think it’s vital to be transparent about your struggles and successes! You never know what might help another person who is struggling too. And that’s how Supermom Shuffle was born!

So, welcome! I’m very glad you are here! You’ve found a safe place to marinade in the fact that you now drive a mini-van, which you swore you would never, ever own; but now secretly love having. And if you are looking for a place to help you organize a little, laugh a lot, get some new ideas and unlock your mommy superpowers, you’ve just found that place too.

Just keep shuffling!

Sarah
